Metroid Prime is an adventure game but some people call it a FPS. This game is another one of my favorite games for the Gamecube. It has you immersed into Samus Aran’s journey on Tallon 4. You must collect different items and gadgets for Samus to get to new areas and for her to survive and to stop the threat of the Phazon.
Pros:
+ Scanning is a cool way to explore and find clues
+ Satisfying exploration-based puzzles
+ Smart use of every bit of the GameCube controller
+ Excellent map and clue feature
+ Outstanding, glossy visuals and effects
+ 1st-person and morph-ball mechanics, plus continual ability and weapon power-ups allow for lots of gameplay variety
+ Huge seamless world to explore
+ Game is always challenging and interesting
