This game is pretty much the dueling mode in Pokemon games on the Gameboy for the N64. It has mini games, tournaments, and the gym leaders. It even allows you to play your gameboy games on it.
Pros:
+ Sharp presentation, in terms of visuals, playability, and interface
+ Several cool extras, not to mention compatibility with the GBC installments, makes this one at least as replayable as Red, Blue, and Yellow.
+ Pikachu talks
Cons:
- Cheap minigames
- (Only) Pikachu talks
- Kinda worthless, when taken out of the context of Red, Blue, and Yellow
