God of War finally comes out to the PSP. This game brings all of the fun from the PS2 version to the handheld version with excellent graphics and audio. Also, the combat is as gory as ever with button mashing, timely button pushing, and a little bit of puzzle trickery. However, there is not much new compared to new gameplay, it is very easy to beat, and there isn’t that many puzzles and bosses then the usual game. Overall, this brings the fun from the PS2 and it is very addicting to keep playing.
Pros:
+ Outstanding technical and artistic visuals
+ Combat is intense and gory
+ Soundtrack fits the game perfectly
Cons:
- Very, very little in the way of new gameplay elements
- Can easily be beaten in less than seven hours
- Could have used more puzzles, platforming segments, and bosses
