Metroid Prime 3: Corruption is the third installment in the Metroid Prime saga. This game utilizes the Wii remote as your gun and the nunchuk as your grappling hook. This game has great graphics and audio, a various amount of gameplay with a ton of environmental puzzles that are the best to date, and a bunch of boss fights that are fun for all. However, some of the actions don’t work as smooth as others, the controls make things a little simpler, and this doesn’t do much different from the previous two. Overall, this game is fun to play and Metroid fans will enjoy this.
Pros:
+ Fantastic environmental puzzles are among the best of the series
+ Great boss fights require you to use every game mechanic at your disposal
+ Atmospheric levels are a pleasure to explore
+ Various gameplay elements mesh nicely into a seamless whole
Cons:
- Some of the contextual actions don’t control all that well
- Streamlined controls make things a little too easy and a little less adventurous
- Doesn’t do much different than the previous two Metroid Prime games
