Cool Boarders 3 is pretty good snowboarding game for the PS1. It is more confined that Cool Boarders 2 and their single player tournaments only. It has a good trick system, tons of boards and characters, and great graphics for the PS1.
Pros:
+ Addictive trick system
+ Great graphics and animations
+ A plethora of boarders and ski slopes
+ Great racing action
Cons:
- Single player tournaments only
- More constrained atmosphere than Coolboarders 2
