Max Payne is another video game movie that I was hoping to be impressed with since it was made by the person who made Hitman. However, I expected to see a shooter and I got more of a who done it. The movie has some good action scenes and it does follow the video game in some respect. However, it doesn’t follow the story to a tee, the story seems a little sporadic, and the action scenes you see in the trailers are the only action scenes in the movie. Overall though, I thought it was good to watch once and I think people will at least watch it once and decide for themselves to see if it’s good. PS: The bird things make sense when you watch the movie.
