ArmA: Combat Operations Review

ArmA: Combat Operations was kind of an unexpected game that was released by the creators of Operation Flashpoint. Since I like Flashpoint and the whole mission editor system, I decided to give this a shot. This game is like an Operation Flashpoint 2.0 that provides an authentic simulation of military operations and a crazy scale that makes most shooters seem tiny. The full feature multiplayer is also very impressive. However, the mission objectives are difficult with a hard difficulty to begin with. Also the graphics are a little outdated and the AI seems to be lacking. Overall though, if you enjoyed Operation Flashpoint then this is the next step up and you should probably try it to see what you think.

Audiosurf Review

Audiosurf is a new game that was released on Steam and had a nice cheap price tag, so I figured, why not? Anyways, this game has a simple yet addictive gameplay where you can enjoy your music in a new way. There is also an online leaderboard where you can compete with your friends or people all over the world for the highest score of a specific song. However, it lacks different game modes, the tracks don’t always match the songs very well, and there are some technical issues here and there. Overall, this is a fun music game that will have a lot of updates in the future.
